Postage, packaging and customs
Posting and packaging are free for delivery within the UK.
If you are a customer based outwith the UK, unmounted prints can be bought directly online, for all other artwork, please contact us using the contact page and we shall try to obtain a competitive price for packaging and delivery.
Again if you are a non-UK customer, you may want to check with the relevant authority in your country to see if there are any taxes or tarrifs to be paid locally.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return the item in secure packaging for a full refund provided you have informed us within 14 days of delivery and that you return the goods within 14 days of informing us of the problem.
In the unlikely event of damage during transit then, subject to proof of damage, we shall refund the cost of the item or replace it if possible.
